My specialty is waterfront, water-privileged and water access communities near the Magothy River. I presently live near (1 block away) the Magothy River, and keep my boat there in my water access community pier. If you want to buy a waterfront home, let's go see it by water, as well as by land. Many waterfront listings do not tell you that for 500 or 1000 foot in front of their home, that it may be 3 foot deep or less.
